Welcome to CoreBase Software Solutions LLP ("CoreBase", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of CoreBase software, website, applications, AI features, support services, and related offerings.
1. Eligibility & User Accounts
To use CoreBase, you must be at least 18 years of age, have authority to represent your organization, and provide accurate information.
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, protecting login credentials, restricting unauthorized access, and updating account information. CoreBase shall not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorized use of credentials.
2. Subscription Services & Payments
CoreBase provides subscription-based software services including CRM, Workflow Management, Client Management, Team Management, Reporting & Analytics, CoreX AI Assistant, and related tools.
Subscription fees must be paid according to the selected plan. Applicable taxes shall be charged separately. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
3. Acceptable Use
Users shall not:
- Violate applicable laws
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with platform security
- Misuse CoreBase services
4. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to CoreBase Software, CoreX AI, Trademarks, Branding, Documentation, Source Code, and Website Content remain the exclusive property of CoreBase Software Solutions LLP. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
