How much does CoreBase cost?
CoreBase plans start at ₹9,999 a year for Basic with up to 10 users included. Silver is ₹13,999 a year with up to 10 users, and Gold is ₹16,999 a year with up to 15 users. Larger firms with more than 15 users or custom integrations get a tailored proposal. Prices exclude 18% GST, which is 100% claimable as Input Tax Credit.
How does user seat pricing work?
Each plan bundles seats: Basic and Silver include up to 10 users and Gold up to 15 users. You can add partners, paid staff, and article clerks within that allowance at no extra per-user charges.
Is billing annual or monthly?
CoreBase is billed annually, which gives your firm twelve full months of uninterrupted practice management with locked-in renewal pricing and priority software updates. There is no monthly billing contract.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Prices exclude 18% GST. You receive a compliant tax invoice with our GSTIN and SAC 998315 code, and the full GST amount can be claimed by your practice as Input Tax Credit (ITC).
Is there a free trial?
Rather than an unsupervised empty trial, we offer a dedicated 15-minute 1-on-1 walkthrough with a CA practice specialist. You can test live workflows, document upload gates, and WhatsApp automations on sample client files before making an investment.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Silver or Gold at any time during your billing cycle by paying the pro-rata difference for the remaining term.
What if I need more than 15 users?
Choose our custom plan. It lets you set flexible user seat quotas, multi-branch firm segregation, partner-level permission gating, and direct API integrations.
Can I bring my existing client data?
Yes. CoreBase includes standardized Excel and CSV import utilities to migrate your existing client master records, CINs, GSTINs, and director contact particulars seamlessly.
Does CoreBase integrate with Tally?
Basic and Silver plans include structured Excel/CSV ledger export and import. Gold includes webhook data feeds. Our Custom plan supports direct two-way synchronisation with Tally, Zoho Books, and other ERP accounting systems.
What is your refund policy?
