How It All Started
The foundation of CoreBase was laid during our Founder's time working closely with a Chartered Accountant firm in Gurgaon in 2021. Through extensive experience in business consulting and client management, a critical industry-wide problem became apparent.
Many CA firms, tax consultants, and compliance professionals were relying on multiple, disconnected tools to manage their day-to-day operations. Lead tracking happened in spreadsheets, client communication on WhatsApp, and invoicing through separate accounting software.
This fragmentation resulted in inefficiencies, missed follow-ups, and completely limited operational visibility. CoreBase was born to bridge this gap.

Aditya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Kashi Institute of Management & Science, Varanasi. His professional journey began in the SaaS industry after securing a campus placement during his second year of college, giving him early, first-hand exposure to how technology can simplify business operations and improve customer experience.
Today, Aditya leads CoreBase with a relentless focus on innovation, customer-centric product development, and helping businesses streamline their operations through accessible technology.
Aadarsh holds a Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) and is currently pursuing a Master of Computer Applications (MCA). With a profound interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and software development, he focuses on building technology-driven solutions for real-world challenges.
As CTO, Aadarsh oversees the design, architecture, and implementation of the platform. His expertise lies in scalable software architectures and intelligent automation, ensuring CoreBase remains secure, robust, and capable of delivering a seamless experience for growing businesses.
