1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information from our clients and authorized users:

  • Business Information: Organization Name, Business Address, GST Number, Company Registration Details, Website URL.
  • User Information: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Job Title, Department.
  • System Data: Login Activity, User Actions, Task Records, Workflow Data, Reports and Analytics.
  • Technical Information: Device Information, Browser Type, IP Address, Operating System, Access Logs.

3. Data Ownership & Security

All business data uploaded or generated by the Client within CoreBase remains the property of the Client. CoreBase does not claim ownership of Client data.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including Secure Authentication, Access Controls, Encrypted Data Transmission, Role-Based Permissions, and Regular Security Monitoring.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

CoreBase does not sell, rent, or trade Client information to third parties. Information may only be disclosed when required by law, to protect CoreBase's legal rights, with explicit consent, or to trusted service providers.

CoreBase may integrate with third-party services including Payment Gateways, Email Service Providers, Cloud Hosting Providers, Analytics Tools, and Communication Platforms.

5. Google API Services & OAuth User Data Policy Compliance

CoreBase's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs (such as Gmail and Google Calendar) to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Scope of Data Access: Google OAuth tokens and user profile data are accessed solely to enable Gmail email dispatch, client thread tracking, and Google Meet/Calendar schedule synchronization directly inside the user's CoreBase CRM workspace.
  • Zero Data Selling & Advertisements: CoreBase does not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties under any circumstances. Google user data is strictly excluded from advertising, market research, or commercial profiling.
  • Data Retention & Encryption: OAuth access tokens are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Users can revoke CoreBase Google OAuth access at any time via their Google Account Security Settings.
